  I recently installed a new home with six mini-split units for heating and cooling, and I was a little worried about their performance. This summer was incredibly hot and humid, but thankfully the units worked perfectly! SumZero sent Daniel out today to check everything, and I was so relieved. He was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He spent over an hour thoroughly testing each unit and explained everything clearly, which completely put my mind at ease.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the team – especially Raphael who provided the initial estimates and solutions – were fantastic. Everyone was so helpful and took a really detailed approach to the job, replacing my furnace and two heat pumps. They finished the project on time and, importantly, cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I also really appreciated Dan and Roman coming back the next day to fine-tune the system and fix the incorrectly installed thermostat. It’s still early days and I’m eager to see how the system performs during the summer and through the winter, but I can confidently say the experience with this team was absolutely great. report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with SumZero’s service. I’ve worked with a lot of companies over the years, and they were truly exceptional in their commitment and professionalism. Specifically, Sarai Kerr was fantastic – she handled all the paperwork and Mass Save arrangements so smoothly. And Paulo Torelli, the technician, did a brilliant job installing the new mini-split system, even working diligently in the rain. The only minor thing was that the new unit was a little smaller, leaving a small hole where the old one had been. But Paulo reassured me that SumZero would send someone to patch it, and thankfully, they did it within two days! It was a really easy fix. report abuse
