“I was so impressed with their service! They came out in the middle of a heatwave and had my AC working perfectly by the afternoon. They were professional, left my place exactly as they found it, and were just a really great team.”

Andrew from Rodenhiser did a really solid job installing my faucet. He was quick, friendly, and did a fantastic job – everything was neat and tidy. He even took care of some extra work we discussed, so I’m really pleased with the overall result.

“Dakota was fantastic – he consistently delivered top-quality work quickly and was also a really friendly and approachable person to work with. It was genuinely a pleasure meeting him.”

“The Rodenhiser technician was really thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the diagnostic process and clearly outlining the charges involved. Although the issue – an aging furnace and some safety concerns – wasn’t what I’d hoped for, I appreciated him promptly connecting me with a salesperson who was able to come out the next day. I’d definitely recommend Rodenhiser.”

“Kevin and Isaac were fantastic – they arrived the same day and were both incredibly helpful and friendly. Dan really went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making us feel completely comfortable. The whole team was so professional and friendly, and they left our basement looking absolutely spotless! We were really happy with the service from start to finish – it was a truly great experience.”

Greg and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were incredibly prompt, professional, and took great care with everything they did. Not only was the project completed ahead of schedule, but the communication between Greg and the main office was excellent throughout the entire process. I really appreciated Greg going above and beyond, even helping me out with a dead car battery! I wholeheartedly recommend Greg and Rodenhiser for all your heating needs.

“I’m absolutely thrilled with the total maintenance plan I set up for my home. The technicians are fantastic – so professional, friendly, and clearly know what they’re doing. They’ve taken care of everything from my electrical and plumbing to some recommended repairs through the plan, and I couldn’t be happier. In fact, the HVAC team was here today and they were just as great as always. I’m so glad I switched all my work to Rodenhiser’s – I highly recommend them!”

Brendan did a fantastic job fixing the shower problems – really went above and beyond. He was incredibly professional, kept the area really clean, and took the time to explain everything to me. Once the repair was done, he meticulously checked the water temperature and made sure it was perfectly balanced. I was really impressed with his service!

I’m incredibly disappointed with Rodenhiser’s service after so many years as a customer. It’s disheartening to see a company that once provided excellent service decline so significantly. Over the years, they’ve grown, but their attention to detail has really suffered. They’ve stopped offering things like reminder calls for seasonal maintenance and, frustratingly, the same technicians consistently visit – which is crucial for building trust and familiarity. Recently, the quality of the technicians has also become a major concern; they seem inexperienced and often fail to properly clean up after themselves or even inform us when something is broken. We even had a water leak in our basement due to a recalled part they hadn’t replaced. It's concerning that managers have had to come out to address these recurring issues. Most recently, a young technician insisted we needed a completely new furnace, only 8 years after it was installed, and then suggested we shop around – only to have that suggestion dismissed! And now, the lack of any appointment windows is completely unacceptable. I'm forced to schedule an entire day, and it’s particularly difficult given my commute. I’m really regretting the $16,000 we spent on a new furnace, and frankly, this latest change feels like the last straw.

Kevin did a fantastic job with the plumbing work itself – he was really friendly, honest, and did a great job. However, I was really disappointed with the pricing. The disconnect fee of $800+ felt completely unreasonable, especially since it only took an hour. It’s frustrating when you’re in a time crunch and feel like you’re being overcharged for a basic service like that. I wish they could have given me a price range upfront – it seems like many plumbers are just charging a premium for even simple quotes.
