Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. From the start, they were very pleasant on the phone, advising me to hold off on a cleaning for a few weeks after my pool opened. I followed their advice and cleaned it myself, but I ended up needing a professional clean anyway. I left a clear message stating I didn’t need a cleaning at that time, but it seems they didn’t receive it. To make matters worse, they cleaned my pool without my permission and sent me a bill. Despite ignoring it initially, they continued to send more bills, insisting they had no record of my message. It was completely baffling and unacceptable, and I’ve decided not to use their services again.
