  I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received! The fan they installed – it took them just 36 hours after delivery (it had been with us for four months!) – was stunning, and the whole job was done so quickly. Beyond that, they went above and beyond, helping me move furniture and even taking the old fan to Habitat for Humanity. It was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. The customer service was outstanding, and Mike and the other young guy were fantastic. Seriously, for a service like this, the value is priceless. I’ll definitely be using them again! report abuse

  “Overall, they were really efficient and got the job done quickly, which was appreciated. However, we were surprised to find an extra charge for travel time included in the bill – specifically, a half-hour for the trip to our house. I contacted them about this and was promised a callback from a manager two weeks ago, but I haven’t heard anything.” report abuse

  I was really pleased with the service I received. I called on Thursday about an electrical outlet repair, and they were able to send someone out the next day to get it fixed quickly. The electrician was a really nice guy – very polite and professional, and it was great dealing with them for the first time. I would definitely recommend them! report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the work Mr. Mattingly and his crew did on my electrical panel. It was all done to a very high standard, and I especially appreciated that they were able to complete it without needing any supervision – it’s quite a drive for me, about 90 minutes from my home in St. Mary, but it was well worth it.” report abuse
