  “I was really disappointed with the last-minute change in plans. I called several days ahead to secure chairs for the event, but was then told to just show up and pick them up. When I called on the day itself to confirm, I was shocked to learn they had no chairs available at all. It felt incredibly disorganized and reactive.” report abuse

  My mom and I rented a sander here with my uncle, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The parking lot was a little tight, but they had good handicap parking and an accessible entrance. report abuse

  I had a really disappointing experience trying to make a reservation. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional – he seemed annoyed and just flatly refused to help. It was a very unpleasant interaction, and I wouldn't recommend booking through them. report abuse
