  Carrie was a fantastic asset – she was so friendly and clearly knowledgeable, offering us some really great options and helpful advice that ultimately led to a successful sale that met all our goals. Kalyn was also wonderful, especially with helping us choose the Bougainville Flooring Super Store.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with this company. Rick was incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk us through all our carpet options and even suggesting some great alternatives. It was really reassuring to know he was looking out for us, especially while he was on vacation – he handled everything so well! The installation team, Alan, Steve, Josh, and Ash, were fantastic too. They were so polite and kept us updated throughout the process, and they were incredibly tidy while they were working in our home.
