He really listened to my needs – I needed some remnants within my budget, and he quickly found a great option. Jasha went above and beyond to ensure the whole process ran smoothly. He explained everything clearly, including coordinating with a carpet installer and setting a deadline for Sunday. He proactively followed up, checking on the installer's quote and scheduling the measurements for Thursday. The installer did the work on Saturday morning, and I was thrilled to see the finished project! What really stood out was Jasha’s dedication and the excellent customer service. We had a significant issue with termite damage on the second floor, which meant replacing the subfloors, and I was a little worried about the timeline. Carrie was incredibly patient and kept me updated on the progress, which was a huge relief. It took nearly two years to get the repairs completed, but when the carpet and laminate flooring installation finally happened – two bedrooms, the master bedroom, and the stairwell with carpet, and the hallway with laminate – it was absolutely perfect.
