  Overall, we had a really positive experience with American Floor & Home. Sean Okamoto was fantastic – he took the time to show us around several showrooms and really helped us find the perfect laminate flooring. Once it arrived, the installation crew, Burt Celebre and Ed, were professional and took care of everything, even moving our furniture and preparing the subfloor. The installation itself was done really well. We did have a small issue with some grout haze, but Sean promptly arranged for Brent to come and fix it, and he resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Mo was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, Erin provided a spot-on estimate, and we can’t say enough about the installation crew – Alan, Josh, and Edward – they were truly professional and a pleasure to work with. Alan was especially friendly and personable, taking the time to walk us through the selection process and keep us updated on the progress.   “Alan, Dion, and Josh were fantastic – they really went above and beyond. Despite the rainy weather, they were right on time and incredibly courteous throughout the whole process. Alan did a great job explaining their plan and he patiently answered all my questions, including my specific concerns about the t-bar transitions. He was clear that the final decision on those would be up to me, and thankfully, they weren’t needed after the professional installation. They even took the time to seamlessly handle the transition to the laundry room. Alan also had a great recommendation for the Miele vacuum cleaner. The whole team – Alan, Dion, and Josh – worked together so well, and they were incredibly diligent, finishing the installation and cleanup without a break. I’d wholeheartedly recommend American Carpet – Joyce Brown’s service, from the initial estimate to the installation, was truly professional.” report abuse

  Cirilo and Chris did a fantastic job installing my carpet – they were incredibly efficient and professional. I really appreciated them going the extra mile, like cutting me those extra pieces to ensure a perfect match for my doorway. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected detail! Working with Randi to schedule everything was also a really smooth experience, and she handled coordinating with the condo manager seamlessly.   “We couldn’t be happier with American Carpet One! From start to finish, the team was fantastic. Jennifer, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond to get our apartment renovated – including speeding up the process so we could get it back on the market in just a couple of weeks. We were working with an older building (built before 1985), which presented a few minor challenges, but Jennifer took care of everything and made sure we were completely satisfied. Even Jr, Chris, and Destin, the installation team, noticed a detail – a missing concrete patch – and proactively addressed it before installing the carpet. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that really set them apart. Honestly, if you’re looking for a truly professional and reliable company to handle your flooring needs, American Carpet One is the one to choose.
