Adam was fantastic – really friendly and did a great job with the repair. My only frustration was the scheduling; it took a couple of days after the hot water tank went out on Thursday to get him scheduled for Monday. Despite that delay, Adam went above and beyond to minimize the work needed, but ultimately had to do a full rebuild.
