  “Overall, the renovation turned out beautifully thanks to my wife’s fantastic design and the skilled work of the various contractors. However, our experience with F.H. Perry was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. We faced a series of problems largely stemming from their lack of oversight and communication. The flooring issue was a major delay – the contractor underestimated the materials needed, forcing us to tile the entire kitchen instead of properly installing the floor. Then, the site supervisor’s suggestion regarding the heating system, while technically sound, added another layer of complications. Adding to the delays was the abrupt change in project supervision, which completely disrupted the timeline and left us feeling unsupported. Finally, the cost overrun on the backyard drain project was completely outrageous – a five-fold increase for basic digging work, and the entire process was handled with little transparency. Even minor issues, like a miswired network cable, highlighted a consistent pattern of carelessness and a lack of quality control. Because of these significant issues and the overall poor experience, we would strongly advise against using F.H. Perry for any residential renovation.” report abuse
