Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I contacted them as a professor at Michigan Tech for support on a research project, and they initially seemed confident they could help. After requesting a quote, they completely stopped responding. I then met with Greg Putman who reiterated their willingness to proceed, but he didn’t follow up at all for three weeks – ignoring my emails and calls. Ultimately, they pulled out of the project with no explanation. This level of unprofessionalism caused a serious delay to my research timeline, and I wouldn’t recommend working with them, particularly if you have a time-sensitive project or are involved in research.

“The building’s a really interesting piece of local history – it was originally built in 1910 for the Houghton Club and was later purchased by U.P. E & A in 1991 from the City of Houghton.”
