“I wanted to bring something to your attention that I observed today. I saw one of your trucks – the one with the number 5 on the tailgate – driving down West Road and then turning onto Rio Grande in Jersey Village. Unfortunately, someone in the cab was throwing trash out the windows while they were driving, and it was really upsetting, especially considering it happened in my neighborhood. It was unacceptable behavior, and I hope you can address this.”
-
“Unfortunately, a recent experience with this employee resulted in a significant overspend on a project. The initial quote was drastically exceeded, and as a result, I’ve decided to discontinue our working relationship and pursue other options.”
-
“I wanted to address the notes you’ve been leaving on the semi-truck windows. While I appreciate you wanting to ensure parking is respected, the street is public and everyone needs to share it. The parking area across from the building isn’t private, so please don’t leave those messages.”

“I was really impressed with EHRA’s decision to use online bidding through Civcast for this Construction Management Services project. It’s fantastic to see them embracing technology like this – I believe it’s a smart move that other engineering firms will likely follow, given the significant cost savings and time efficiency it offers. Saving those 6 vehicles from unnecessary trips and the time saved by the team is a really positive outcome.”
-
“I was extremely disappointed with my experience working with this engineering firm. Their response to my inquiry about a quote was shockingly dismissive and disrespectful. It felt like they simply didn’t want to take on the project, and the attitude displayed was completely unacceptable for a professional engineering firm. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and the apparent disregard for a potential client’s time. It seems there’s a serious need for the company to review their communication and client relations strategies.”

“I just wanted to share how incredibly grateful I am to Randy and the whole team at [Business Name - assuming Oddjobspecialist is the business name]. My dogs, Buster and Caesar, went missing last Monday, and I was frantic. I posted about them online, and they were able to track them down! It was such a relief to be reunited with my pets, and I truly appreciate their kindness and help. It really highlights how important it is to have trustworthy people around, and I’m so thankful for their assistance.”

“The service here was truly outstanding – a really positive experience.”
