I was really concerned to see one of your trucks – the one with the number 5 on the tailgate – driving down West Road and then throwing trash out the window near Round Up & Rio Grande in Jersey Village. It was completely unacceptable behavior, and particularly upsetting given that it happened in my neighborhood. I hope you can address this with the driver and ensure this doesn’t happen again.

“Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience working with this employee. They provided an initial quote that was significantly lower than the final cost, ultimately doubling the original price. Due to this breach of trust and the significant financial impact, I’ve decided to move my business elsewhere.”
-
“I wanted to address the notes you’ve been leaving on the semi-trucks parked across from the building. While I appreciate you wanting to prevent parking, it’s important to remember that street parking is for everyone, and we need to share it with other vehicles. The space in front of the building isn't a private parking area – it’s public street space.”

“I was really impressed with EHRA’s decision to use online bidding through Civcast for this Construction Management Services project. It’s a smart move – I think other engineering firms will be looking to follow suit because the potential cost savings are significant. It’s great to see them embracing technology like this, and I particularly appreciated the thought of all that saved gas and the time saved by the team.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my experience working with this engineering firm. Their response to my inquiry about a quote was remarkably dismissive and frankly, disrespectful. It seemed they were simply unwilling to consider my project, and the attitude was baffling given someone’s investment in an engineering degree. I felt like my time was not valued, and I believe a conversation with their leadership team about client relations would be a valuable step for them to take.”

“I wanted to share a really heartwarming experience. It’s so reassuring to find trustworthy people, and I’m incredibly grateful to Randy and the whole team at [Business Name - assuming this is a business] for their help. My dogs, Buster and Caesar, went missing last Monday (May 9th, 2016) between 5pm and 9pm, and I’d posted about it online. Thankfully, they contacted me and let me know they’d found them! It really made me realize how much I missed them, and I’m so thankful for their kindness and quick response. A huge thank you to everyone involved!” – Adrian Sykes, The Oddjobspecialist!
