“It’s incredibly frustrating to be living next to this construction site. Six months on, the fire alarms are still going off constantly throughout the day, and there’s barely any progress being made. We’ve contacted both the building management and the fire department repeatedly, but they just keep telling us it’s Harvey Builders’ responsibility to shut them off, and then they don’t do it until the next morning. It’s completely disrupted our sleep and frankly, feels like they don’t respect the residents nearby.”

For the past week, the fire alarm has been going off repeatedly, often for hours each night between 12am and 7am, and it’s directly impacting the residents of the apartment building next door. The flashing lights, beeping, and constant voiceovers are seriously disrupting their sleep, and frankly, it’s unacceptable that no action has been taken to resolve this. It’s clear Harvey isn’t considering the impact his project is having on the surrounding community.”
