  I’m incredibly disappointed with the work GEMSTAR has done. Frankly, the labor crew has been completely unacceptable. There’s been a constant stream of issues – trash left around, careless handling of personal belongings, and a total lack of respect for the residents. They’ve been incredibly disruptive, speeding through the parking lot, excessively loud, and often slamming things around, including on the roof and against walls. The quality of the work itself has been shockingly poor. They rushed through the painting, even working on wet wood, and the result is already peeling badly. The fencing replacement was substandard, with warped and broken boards still present. Our location manager acknowledged the issues, stating they were aware of the crew’s poor performance. Honestly, it’s been a really stressful experience, and I feel like they’ve actively tried to make my days worse. report abuse
