  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work done by this crew. Frankly, it’s been a really stressful experience. There’s been a constant issue with mess – trash left behind, scraps of tape and equipment scattered everywhere – and a complete lack of consideration for the residents. They’ve been incredibly disruptive, speeding through the parking lot and making a lot of noise. It’s been particularly difficult because it’s affected my sleep and I feel really sorry for my neighbor with the baby. The quality of the work itself was also shockingly poor. They rushed through the job, ignoring the rain to apply paint to wet wood, and the results are already falling off. The fencing replacement was just awful, with warped boards still present. It’s clear they weren’t properly supervised, and our location manager admitted as much – saying we just need to be patient. Honestly, I'm frustrated beyond words with their disregard for our property and our peace.” report abuse
