“My experience with Fluor has been incredibly challenging and, frankly, quite damaging. I consistently felt unsupported and undermined by management, who frequently questioned my work and changed their expectations without clear justification. Communication was severely lacking, and the overall work environment felt unprofessional and, at times, bordering on manipulative. The demanding workload – often exceeding 50 hours – coupled with the constant criticism, created a truly unsustainable and stressful situation. I strongly advise anyone considering working here to proceed with extreme caution, particularly those with families, as it would likely take a significant toll on their well-being.”
-
“I’m incredibly frustrated with this company’s actions. Their repeated practice of allowing employees to block the main road, causing significant traffic delays and wasted fuel, is unacceptable. I intend to pursue legal action to address this disruption and the considerable inconvenience it’s caused me.”
-
“This contractor is a really well-known and respected name in the energy industry – they’ve built a strong reputation.”
-
“This team truly stood out – they delivered exceptional results thanks to fantastic leadership and a really strong group of people.”
-
“I really enjoyed the British Festival – it was fantastic! And I wanted to give a special shout-out to Fluor Corporation; they were excellent.”
-
This organization really stands out – they’re incredibly supportive of local non-profits, and the facility itself is fantastic and impressively sized. It’s clear they're deeply involved in building a strong, community-focused group.

“The Flour Corporation did a fantastic job hosting the Sugarland 95 event. It was a really valuable opportunity for the community to gain a deeper understanding of the difficult history of convict leasing in Sugarland, Texas.”
-
Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others. There are definitely better choices available.
-
The Exchange Club of Sugar Land is a fantastic community partner, particularly for their vital work in preventing child abuse.
-
This is deeply concerning. It’s clear that a serious problem exists within this environment – a culture where racism, bullying, humiliation, and unethical behavior are not only present but seem to be accepted and even encouraged. This kind of atmosphere is completely unacceptable and needs immediate attention and change.
