  “I was absolutely thrilled with the work HM did renovating my dental office in Baytown. They completely transformed a 70-year-old space – tackling everything from lead and asbestos removal to installing solar panels and batteries – into a modern, 21st-century dental practice and lab. I truly can’t thank them enough for their flexibility and understanding during the challenging pandemic times, when prices were fluctuating and supplies were so difficult to get. They really went above and beyond to work within my budget.   HMGC truly went above and beyond for me and Signature Eye Center. They started with a fantastic 1750sf build-out ten years ago, and then completely took care of designing and constructing my new 8000sf building on my land – handling everything from initial planning to the final touches. The two-story design with those incredible cathedral ceilings is just stunning, and I’m so grateful for their vision. It was amazing to have one company manage the entire project, especially navigating the tricky TxDot and Texas New Mexico Power easements. Mike Newhouse was fantastic – he really made my office his priority, and his design sense is exceptional; it's a truly beautiful facility. And Luke Judd, our superintendent, was incredible too, keeping everything on track and ensuring we received top-quality work. Seeing his drone footage of the build process was unbelievable! Honestly, walking into our office for the first time was breathtaking, and it’s been a huge success. I can’t recommend HMGC enough – if we ever need a third location, they’ll be the first company I call. report abuse

The quality of their work is fantastic – we’ve had several friends use them too, and they consistently impress with the design and overall quality, noticeably better than other contractors we’ve worked with.
