After a really rough experience with a previous contractor during our remodel, we were understandably nervous about starting anything new. But Giovanni was fantastic – he really listened to exactly what we wanted and didn’t cut any corners. He completely resolved the issues left by the last contractor and brought in specialists for everything from carpentry to brickwork and painting. It’s so reassuring to know they have the expertise to handle everything properly. The quality of their work is outstanding, and our home looks amazing!   Giovanni and Luxurious Construction did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our bathroom in our historic Heights home. Old houses, especially ones built in 1926, always present unexpected challenges – we encountered quite a few surprises as we opened up walls and worked with the existing plumbing and electrical systems. Despite this, Giovanni was incredibly persistent and worked with us through every step of the process. What really stood out was his commitment to quality and his honesty. He stuck to our original contract, even when it meant putting in extra time and effort, and he ensured every detail was perfect, which was incredibly important to us. The finished bathroom is truly gorgeous, and honestly, the photos and video didn't quite capture the amazing transformation. We really gained a huge amount of respect for Giovanni and his business practices. We were so impressed with his dedication and integrity, and we wholeheartedly recommend Luxurious Construction – we'd definitely like to see them tackle a more modern build sometime! report abuse
