  “I had a really concerning interaction with this driver. While turning right off Old Tally Road, he was driving down Culebra Road and repeatedly cut me off, honking aggressively. As a result, I had to brake hard and hit the curb to avoid a collision. It seemed like he was distracted, as I also saw him on his phone at the time.” report abuse

  This was a really disappointing experience. The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me with my issue, treating me dismissively and ultimately threatening me to leave. The abrupt and unprofessional response, culminating in her simply telling me to "get out," was unacceptable, especially considering it came from someone representing a company of this size. Frankly, it’s concerning that someone with such a negative attitude is the face of this business. report abuse

  “It’s incredibly frustrating to keep having to reroute trailers simply because the necessary construction and OSHA signage wasn’t properly displayed. For a company of this size, you’d expect a much stronger understanding and adherence to these regulations. I really believe they need to face some serious consequences – a substantial fine would be a good start to ensure this doesn’t happen again.” report abuse

The lead men seemed to discourage workers from speaking up, and breaks – both short ones and regular water breaks – were rarely provided, even after long shifts like shoveling for three hours.
