  During Houston's last freeze, an external faucet froze and started a leak. I reached out to BAL, and BAL came onsite in a timely manner! The faucet was replaced, and all has been returned to normal operation, like nothing ever happened! report abuse

  Mr Bal and his team were quick to respond, quote and complete the repair on my roof vents. He was very respectful and knowledgeable about many things I asked him. He also upgraded me to better vents with no added cost. He also provides before/after photos with the help of his cool drone! Highly recommend this business! report abuse

  Anthony responded immediately to my call and said he would be glad to come take a look at my fence that had gotten damaged from the recent storm. Even with his busy schedule, he came out at 7:30 the very next morning and assessed the damages. The process and quality of work was top notch and he was super professional and friendly.   Anthony was professional and reliable in our panic of frozen / busted pipes on New Year’s Eve!!! He did a fantastic job, was friendly and kept in communication with us while he was finishing other jobs. We will definitely use him again, for non emergency jobs! report abuse

  Anthony and his crew were aces from the get-go. We have never worked with better contractors. Anthony communicates on every aspect of the project, making sure his customer is happy is the number one goal, and he shows that through and through. Our fence looks better than we ever imagined, he is priced competitively, and his work is exceptional. His crew is polite, respectful, and works hard.
