  Paradigm Construction built a 16000 sq ft. Family Life Center at First Baptist Church Huffman. I would give Paradigm very high marks on planning and preparing us for what to expect in the building process. Communication was excellent as someone was available to speak with via in person or over the phone. Biweekly meetings were held to keep all parties updated on the status of the project. All work was done in a professional manner, the quality either met or exceeded our expectation. The job site was kept clean and orderly throughout the building process. Overall, I would recommend Paradigm to anyone or organization. I do look forward to working with Paradigm on our next Building project. Michael Martin First Baptist Huffman report abuse

  These guys are the best. Dustin and his team helped us renovate our campus and were on top of the details and budgets from day 1. We had a tight schedule to get into our building; they met every deadline and exceeded expectations with the construction. It's been two years since we finished the project, and their customer service and follow-up have been superior. Moving forward, we will ONLY use Paradigm Construction for our projects.   Paradigm Construction has done several projects for Concordia Lutheran High School, both big and small, and the school is currently working with Paradigm toward the largest addition since the school was first built. Their people are top notch and have been great to work with. When any issues come up, they are quick to address them in an effective and efficient manner. It has been a pleasure working with Paradigm, and it is anticipated they will always be at the top of the list for additional future projects. report abuse

  Paradigm built our new church building in 2018/2019 and then did two smaller projects for us this past year. In both cases they were great to work with, responsive to our needs and finished the projects on time. The quality of their work is outstanding. Though a relatively new company they have experienced staff who know the business and are easy to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation. report abuse

  Paradigm has an amazing team that provides exceptional customer service and quality work. Their attention to detail and promptness was appreciated.   We began working with Paradigm about a year and a half ago on a multi-phased construction project that required a great deal of logistics and problem solving. They watched over our money as if it was their own and were extremely competent in every aspect of the construction process.
