I’d strongly advise against using this company. The report they provided was incredibly basic and frankly, I could have gotten a similar one for free from other contractors in the area. Worse, Victor Varma initially assured me he’d follow up after the foundation work was done to confirm everything was approved. However, three weeks later, he suddenly decided he wasn’t interested in continuing the project because I’d only paid half the inspection fee upfront, as we’d discussed. I’ve been doing home renovations for years and I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I’m happy to show anyone who’s interested the report they gave me – you can see for yourself how little value it provides.

I would strongly advise against using Foresight Engineering. We hired them to inspect the roof of the house we were buying, and their report confidently stated it was in good condition. The inspector even reassured us that we wouldn’t have any trouble getting insurance due to the roof’s age. Unfortunately, we were completely wrong – the insurance company refused coverage because of the roof’s age, and the inspector was completely unhelpful. He deflected blame, claiming he wasn't an insurance agent, and ultimately just hung up on me when I asked for a refund. To make matters worse, he had previously misled us by stating the roof was a 30-year one, which turned out to be completely false according to the original builder’s records.

“Mr. Victor was fantastic! He was incredibly professional and really helped me navigate the tricky process of getting permits and passing inspections for my older buildings. His knowledge was top-notch, and I’m so pleased with the results – I’d highly recommend him without hesitation.”
-
“Mr. Victor did a really thorough job inspecting the foundation of the old home. He was incredibly detailed and used all the right tools and knowledge to give me a really professional assessment of the property.”
-
“We’ve been really pleased with Victor and his mold testing services. He’s incredibly thorough and gets the reports back to us so quickly – faster than any other company we’ve used.”
-
“I want to strongly advise everyone to avoid this service. The ‘engineer’ we hired provided a shockingly inadequate and poorly written report. Worse, he immediately tried to pressure us into using his own company for foundation repairs – it was incredibly obvious he was just trying to make a sale. We’re planning to report this completely unprofessional and potentially fraudulent service to the relevant board, and I urge anyone considering this company to steer clear.”
-
“I was incredibly impressed with their service. Victor did a fantastic job inspecting my house and, thanks to his expertise, I saved a significant amount of money. I wholeheartedly recommend this engineering company.”
-
“It was a real pleasure meeting Mr. Victor and working with him. He was incredibly efficient in getting my structural engineer inspection report back to me quickly – a fantastic service!”
-
“I had a fantastic experience with this company. They did a really thorough job inspecting my house, and they were incredibly responsive – they were able to come out on very short notice which was a huge help. I’d definitely recommend them and plan to use their services again in the future.”
-
I wouldn’t recommend using this company. The report I received was incredibly disappointing – it barely touched on the core mission and felt like a very superficial summary. Frankly, you could find the same information readily available for free from other organizations.
