“Victor was fantastic – he was punctual, incredibly professional, and really took the time to explain everything during the inspection. He asked about my specific concerns and thoroughly walked me through his findings, breaking it down in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he’s very knowledgeable about his work, and we especially appreciated him getting the report to us so quickly, just as we needed it.”

“Victor was pleasant to work with initially, and he quickly confirmed he could handle my foundation repairs. We settled on a price, and he promised a report the next day. However, when he actually arrived, the inspection felt quite rushed – it barely took an hour for an 1,800 sqft home. He mostly focused on what he could see from the doorways, even though I’d specifically highlighted several areas of concern. When I brought up a pier that seemed uneven, he dismissed it, saying it would just settle, which, unfortunately, turned out to be completely wrong and required replacement later on. What really frustrated me was the unexpected change in price for further advice – he only mentioned this at the end, and it wasn't part of the original agreement. And to add to the delay, the report was four days late and incredibly brief, just a few bullet points. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity. If you're after a really thorough inspection and someone who will actively represent your interests, I’d suggest looking for a different contractor.”
