  We recently had John Landry from GreenWorks conduct our 11-month home inspection, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, John was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He even assisted with providing some useful regulations to ensure I understood if my builder is in compliance or not.   We used GreenWorks for our 11-month home warranty inspection on our newly built home based on a flyer we received that gave us a discount on price, along with the recommendation of 2 of our neighbors. We were so pleased with our experience. Our inspector, Mike Taylor, was so thorough and meticulous even though our inspection was on a Friday afternoon of a 3-day holiday weekend. We were very grateful and impressed for the amount of time he spent explaining his findings and he caught things that should have been found on the closing inspection if done correctly. Things that we never would have thought to look for, including many of our windows not being caulked or sealed correctly and we live on the windy coast, plus a very important safety feature in our kitchen that we didn't realize was missing! Going forward, we will definitely be hiring Mike Taylor and GreenWorks for any inspection for future homes we build or buy. report abuse

  I collaborated with Mike Taylor for a new construction home inspection through GreenWorks. We scheduled this inspection a week before our blue tape walkthrough. Mike performed an excellent job and meticulously inspected every aspect of the property. He then personally explained each finding to me. I shared the report with the construction manager, and it was well-received. Consequently, they addressed most of the issues before our blue tape session. Overall, the service was reasonably priced and included both before-closing and an 11-month inspection. On a side note, when I made the booking, I was informed that a complimentary pest treatment was included in the service. However, it turned out that the salesperson had made an error, and that promotion had been discontinued. When I brought up this issue, Mike went above and beyond to resolve it. He reached out to the management at GreenWorks and refunded me partially, allowing me to book the service myself. report abuse
