  Subject: Wonderful Experience Building Our Home Dear Jeff, I just wanted to take a moment to express how incredibly pleased we are with the construction of our new home. Working with you, Jeff F, and Kim V. was truly a fantastic experience – especially considering how complex and architecturally unique the design was, with all those advanced energy efficiency features. We’ve actually hit our target for passive house air infiltration, and our energy consumption is really impressive – around 20 kWh a day in the summer and 50 kWh in the winter, even factoring in charging my car (7-9 kWh daily). Our bills are currently about $60-$80 in summer and $120-$150 in winter. Throughout the whole process, the team kept us fully informed with regular updates and budget meetings, which kept everything running smoothly. We were particularly impressed with the professionalism of your subcontractors, and the framing and finishing carpentry were truly outstanding – especially the kitchen Dream Kitchens in Brighton designed for us! And the follow-up after we received our Certificate of Occupancy was prompt and thorough. Honestly, you have a real talent for tackling complex energy-efficient construction, and we really appreciate that. Jeff was a huge asset throughout the entire process, from the initial meetings with our architect right up front, to overseeing everything as construction progressed.
