  “I was really disappointed with Tripi’s service. They did an inspection on May 14th, and I’m still waiting on the report almost two weeks later – it’s now Friday. I contacted them earlier this week and was promised an update “this week,” but I haven’t heard anything. To add to the frustration, they don’t provide any cost estimates, which seems completely pointless. I’m left to guess how much repairs will actually cost – it’s a useless service.” report abuse
