  Rich and his crew at A-1 Foundation Crack Repair did a fantastic job installing the new lally columns in our basement. They were punctual for the initial inspection and completed the work within two weeks – exactly as promised. The columns look really well done and you can tell they’re professionals at what they do.   A-1 Foundation Crack Repair was fantastic – I was really impressed with their service. We had a terrible experience with some recent flooding in our basement, and I was understandably anxious about it, especially since it hadn’t happened in seven years. The first person I spoke to was so empathetic and clearly explained what they could do. Unfortunately, because so many people in our area had been affected by the flooding, A-1 was completely booked for three weeks. But they kept me updated and contacted me just two weeks earlier than scheduled! Oliver was our technician, and he was absolutely wonderful – really friendly and professional. He gave us some great advice and he was incredibly thorough; he spent almost four hours at our home and I feel completely confident that we’ve addressed the problem. Importantly, there was no pressure to add anything extra to the service. I was really happy with the pricing, and Oliver was punctual and attentive. Everyone I dealt with – from the initial contact to Oliver himself – was kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they delivered on their promises.   Ben did a fantastic job – he was really communicative and went out of his way to see if he could fit us in before our original appointment. While that didn't work out, he gave us a 30-minute heads-up on the day of the service, which we really appreciated.   “I had a really positive experience with A-1. I called with a quick question and they called me back within a couple of hours, requesting some photos of the crack I needed repaired. Rich then followed up to ask a few more questions, gave me a fair estimate, and scheduled the work for a couple of weeks later. The technician was incredibly punctual and did a great job – the repair took about an hour. And best of all, it hasn’t rained since, so far everything’s holding up perfectly!” report abuse
