  “My experience with this company was really disappointing. Ross, the sales associate, was initially very helpful and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and quickly putting together an estimate for the simple repair I wanted – a small crack in my foundation. I was actually seriously considering moving forward with them at that point. However, things quickly turned around when Ross started pushing for a completely unnecessary and frankly, outrageous amount of work. He tried to add $11,000 in extra services, insisted on a $3,200 sump pump, and even wanted to excavate half my basement! The idea of running a pipe directly into the ground without any drainage was completely baffling, and the insistence that this was the *only* way to fix my problem felt incredibly pressured. It’s clear this was a sales tactic rather than a genuine assessment of my needs. Because of this overreach and the feeling of being upsold, I walked away without proceeding, likely losing a $7,000 sale. What’s frustrating is that the standard responses to negative reviews seem to just repeat the same platitudes – they don't address the core issue of aggressive sales practices. I suspect Ross would have been happy to assist me with my original request, but was clearly under pressure from management to maximize sales.” report abuse

  Josh Peterson was fantastic – he really turned things around for us. Our front dehumidifier had been completely dead, but he diagnosed the problem and got it working perfectly.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Errickson Foundation did for me. Honestly, it’s been such a relief – especially considering how difficult it can be to find a reliable contractor in Massachusetts. I had them install a French drain and new flooring around my basement, and the biggest problem I’ve had in this state – a wet basement – is completely resolved. The space looks fantastic! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, punctual, and stayed within budget. JB, Nate, and Bob were particularly fantastic – so friendly and hardworking.   I was really impressed with Nick, Noah, and Kevin – they were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly respectful, did a fantastic job, and patiently answered all my questions. I especially appreciated their time and even enjoyed listening to them sing together! Because of their professionalism and the quality of their work, I’m now planning to watch *Mufasa* – I’ve heard it’s amazing. They also went above and beyond by addressing a new potential project, and thankfully, they took excellent care of my plants.
