  We’re absolutely thrilled with our “Your Homes” experience – it’s been a year and we couldn’t be happier! Tim, John, and the whole team have been fantastic from start to finish. We especially want to thank Tim for working so closely with the architect and helping us make all our design choices, and the designer who supported him. It’s been incredible to witness the building process and see the care and attention to detail that’s gone into our home. They’ve kept us fully informed with the daily schedule, and even a year after moving in, they’re scheduling a return visit to ensure everything’s perfect – even when I accidentally made a small mistake!   We’ve been absolutely thrilled with our new home built by Your Homes – it’s been just over a year now! Honestly, we were so nervous about finding a builder who could truly understand and execute our vision, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Tim and his crew were fantastic; they always responded to our calls, patiently answered all our questions, and really helped us bring our dream home to life. What really set Your Homes apart was their flexibility. We looked at dozens of builders, and they were the only ones who truly let us build *our* way. They were incredibly accommodating with our architect, our design choices, and even things like our winding staircase and indoor pool room – we really got to shape our home exactly how we wanted it.   We’re absolutely thrilled with our new condo! As a brand-new build, we encountered some unexpected hurdles due to the pandemic and material shortages, but our Project Manager, John, and the whole team went above and beyond to keep us informed and updated every step of the way. They were incredibly professional and were always on-site when needed. We were especially impressed with Tim, the builder – he genuinely cares about his clients and made sure we were completely satisfied. All the subcontractors did fantastic work, and they quickly and efficiently addressed a few minor fixes after the build was complete. We’re so excited to finally be living in this wonderful community, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Your Homes to our friends and family.
