  “I’ve been incredibly pleased with my TL10 – I bought it a few years ago for clearing land and using at my business. Having worked with other skid steers before, I’m comfortable with the basics of maintenance. Kyle has been fantastic, always taking the time to explain things and help me avoid unnecessary service calls. And when I do need assistance, Jason was amazing! He not only replaced my tracks quickly, but he thoroughly checked out my whole system, pointed out potential issues I hadn’t considered, and even showed me how to handle a couple of simple repairs myself. He really took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. Honestly, I’ve had every service person from Grand out for maintenance over the last four years, and I’m completely confident in their expertise.   Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. My experience was incredibly negative – the unit I brought in didn’t work properly after service, and the final bill was shockingly high. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this business. report abuse
