  Chris at the Grand Rapids location has been absolutely fantastic. He’s consistently gone above and beyond to help us out with any issues we’ve had – from finding hard-to-locate parts to getting our pool back in balance, and always ensuring our scheduled work stays on track.   Honestly, we’ve been incredibly disappointed with our experience with Zagers. The pool was installed five years ago, and we’ve continued to have ongoing problems – far too many to detail, including issues with damaged concrete during opening, constant equipment service calls, and water testing/chemical concerns. Our conversations with Ryan, the owner, left us with the strong impression that he wasn’t invested in our satisfaction and seemed eager for us to end our business with them. We were really seeking quality customer service, and unfortunately, that’s simply not what we received. We strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. report abuse

We drove over an hour from Grand Haven, and the staff were truly amazing – they went out of their way to help us get everything we needed for our new above ground pool, even researching what supplies we required.   “We were incredibly disappointed with our experience working with Zagers. We had been planning this pool project for three years when we finally hired them, and unfortunately, nothing went as we’d hoped. Communication throughout the entire process was almost nonexistent. The finished pool is completely different from what we discussed and what we envisioned – it’s sitting nearly two feet higher in our yard, causing water to flow into our house and rendering our patio completely unusable. Frankly, we have no positive feedback for any aspect of the job. To make matters worse, the safety cover bolts were incorrectly installed and in the wrong locations. And on the final day, the service staff flooded my shed, simply stating, “well, the water has to go somewhere,” without bothering to clean up the mess. It’s clear that Zagers doesn’t prioritize the small details, and we strongly advise anyone considering them to think very carefully before moving forward.” report abuse
