  Troy and Chad did a fantastic job with our yearly maintenance – they were really reliable and got everything done efficiently. They were both very polite and helpful, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing service on their AC or heat pump. report abuse

  I’m really frustrated with the ongoing problems I’ve had with my heating system over the last three years. It wasn’t until recently, after multiple visits, that they finally identified the issue as a faulty zone board. Troy and Blue were fantastic – they were incredibly professional and did a great job installing the new board and thermostats, which really put my mind at ease. However, despite their efforts, the problems persisted. After the new board was installed, I continued to experience the same issues, and it turned out the wrong zone board had been installed initially. Now, some areas of my home are too hot while others are freezing, and the thermostat is constantly triggering the auxiliary heat. Frankly, it’s incredibly confusing and I’m losing trust in the company’s ability to properly diagnose and fix the problem. Given that the unit is only four years old, this experience has significantly damaged my confidence in this company, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of a consistent and reliable solution. report abuse

  Rod did an absolutely fantastic job with our A/C and Heat Pump system. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to measure everything and really pinpoint the issue. He cleaned the coils and cleared any airflow restrictions, which completely restored the system’s full functionality. Rod was also very prompt, courteous, and professional – it was clear he takes pride in his work.   “I’m so glad I switched to Indoor Comfort Systems! I’d been using a different company for years, but I was constantly frustrated with their high prices and constant attempts to add on services I didn’t need. When I recently bought a new home, I got quotes from a few companies, and Indoor Comfort Systems was by far the best – not only were their prices much more reasonable, but they were incredibly honest and pointed out a repair my previous company was recommending that wasn’t actually necessary. I immediately hired them for the work and now I’ve even signed up for their maintenance plan. I’m so happy with their service, and my old company has since lost my business. I recently had Joseph Edgar do some routine maintenance at both of my homes, and he was fantastic – courteous, knowledgeable, and even suggested a helpful safety upgrade. Cody, our technician, was incredibly responsive and helpful. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently fixed it. He got my downstairs HVAC system back up and running smoothly during some really cold weather, and then recently he did a fantastic job with a routine annual check on my upstairs unit.
