  Overall, the experience was really positive. The staff were fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions about the different machines.   Overall, we’ve been really pleased with Robin Rents. They’re consistently reliable and usually have exactly what we need. When they don’t, they always go the extra mile to try and get it for us – we really appreciate that, and we’ll definitely be using them again. report abuse

  “I’ve been renting equipment from Robin Rents on Meridian Street for quite some time – around 50 times in the last two years – and honestly, I’ve had a really frustrating experience. Their billing practices are a mess. They seem to be very good at adding charges to my account before I even leave, and I was wrongly charged for extra orange cones I requested for safety. They didn’t even bother to inform me about these charges before finalizing the bill. Adding to the problem, they use a sneaky tactic of charging 3/4 instead of half for rental rates, which quickly adds up with frequent rentals like mine. Because of all this confusion and hassle, I strongly advise anyone considering Robin Rents to think twice and explore other rental companies – you’re likely to save yourself a lot of frustration.” report abuse

  I can’t recommend this business. They were incredibly dishonest – they charged me $604 for the rental, but then added an extra $860 when they came to pick up the equipment, bringing the total bill to $1,464. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust them, and I strongly advise you to look for another rental company. report abuse

  Honestly, the Tennessee fan helping out at the counter was fantastic – really helpful. Just a heads-up, though, avoid sitting near the Oregon Ducks fan at the far end, just a personal preference. report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn't rent from them again. The person running the place seemed completely inexperienced, and the machine I rented was a nightmare – full of problems and they didn’t even try to fix it. It was a total waste of money. report abuse
