  Kevin was fantastic! He completely transformed our shower, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work. He was incredibly responsive to our needs and got everything done really quickly. To be honest, we had no issues at all – we were so grateful for his extra effort too, as he even came back twice to help us with a minor issue we created ourselves.   “We were so thrilled with the work Kevin and WCR did on our shower! Our old insert was just a nightmare to keep clean and was really showing its age. Kevin was fantastic – he came out within a couple of days to give us an estimate, and he was incredibly reasonable without sacrificing quality. He even helped us choose our tiles at Pro Source in Madison, who were fantastic too. The whole process was really smooth; it only took him three days to complete the job, and he cleaned up everything perfectly, hauling away all the old materials. The finished result looks absolutely amazing, and we couldn't be happier. Kevin is a true professional, and we’ll definitely be calling him again if we need anything.   Kevin did an absolutely fantastic job with my shower! He was incredibly professional and punctual – he let me know exactly when he’d arrive and what he’d be working on. He completely removed my old shower and installed a gorgeous new tile job. Honestly, I’m so thrilled with the result, though I will probably be seeing a slightly higher water bill now that I love taking such a wonderful shower! I highly recommend him – 10/10! report abuse

  William Boggs was very pleased with the work Kevin did at his home in Meridianville. Kevin arrived on time, efficiently removed the old tile and subfloor, and installed new backer board and tile.   I’m really disappointed with the work that was done here. It’s clear the quality was lacking, and honestly, the situation could have been handled much better. I wish the team had communicated any issues they encountered to the owner promptly – that would have prevented a lot of problems. It seems like feedback wasn't truly valued, and I felt uncomfortable offering suggestions or pointing out mistakes without being compensated. The individual in charge seems to dismiss concerns, and it’s frustrating that he doesn't seem to take responsibility for his team’s errors. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this company, and I’m now having to hire someone else to fix the mistakes made with the wood floors. report abuse
