The first time was when we were preparing our old rental house for sale – the walls were in really rough shape with tons of holes. Rodney and his team completely transformed them; I was honestly blown away by how smooth and professional the finish was after all the patching. It really set the bar for us. Then, we tackled our current home and had a really challenging job with a complicated faux finish across several rooms. Rodney’s team handled it brilliantly, and I especially appreciated how accommodating he was when we decided to change our paint color – he quickly adjusted his schedule to repaint one of the rooms to our new choice.   Rodney Kolasa and his team did an absolutely fantastic job painting my house this May, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I actually met Rodney at Lowe’s and it was just a fortunate coincidence – my house really needed a refresh after I’d done the work myself back in 2001 and 2002. At 79, I knew I couldn’t tackle it again, and Rodney just immediately seemed like someone I could trust. From the very beginning, Rodney was professional. He provided a detailed, written quote with clear explanations, and the price was very reasonable. He was also incredibly accommodating, working with my preferences for the paint brand and quality, and he managed my schedule perfectly, respecting the dates I needed to be free. The crew was fantastic – they started with a thorough power wash, and the foreman was a particularly skilled and easy-going leader. They paid close attention to detail, even meticulously working around my brick and metal frames, and I appreciated that they consulted me when they considered different application methods.
