“We had a bit of a close call today while traveling down Winchester Road. The other driver, in truck 255, seemed unsure of his route and braked erratically every time he spotted a possible turn. He didn’t use his turn signals at all, which made things even more concerning, especially when he suddenly slammed on his brakes on a sharp curve. We had to brake hard to avoid a collision after he turned around several times, eventually pulling over to consult his GPS.”

“I was really disappointed with this experience. They insisted on full payment via cashier’s check before scheduling the pour, which felt unusual. When they arrived, the concrete was completely unusable, and it became clear why – the driver wouldn’t add more water as we’d requested. Now we’re left with having to remove the last half of what they’d poured, which is a huge hassle.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the service we received. There were constant delays, and we had to arrange for multiple truckloads only to be told on the day of delivery that we didn't have enough trucks to meet our needs. We’d ordered two trucks, expecting the first to arrive around 1:30, but it didn't show up until almost 2:15, and then we were informed they simply didn’t have a second truck available. It was incredibly frustrating. Worse still, when issues arose on their end, they never contacted us to explain or resolve the problem – they only responded when we reached out to them. Overall, the lack of communication and reliability was unacceptable.”

This team consistently delivers fantastic products and, importantly, they’re incredibly reliable – always punctual and professional.

I was incredibly frustrated this Saturday, October 5th, around 9:20 AM on High Road in Skyline Acres. I was driving past when a truck – number 182 – splashed me with water while the driver was cleaning out his troughs. At first, I thought it was just a coincidence, but the water quickly started to stain my car windshield. To make matters worse, the driver seemed to blame me for the situation. I contacted dispatch and spoke with Rodney, but he offered no help or even an apology. Honestly, the whole experience was unacceptable, and I definitely won’t be using Alabama Concrete Company for any concrete services in the future.

“This was a really disruptive experience. The construction crew arrived incredibly early on a Saturday morning – before 6am – and were working very loudly while pouring a foundation, right next to several houses. It seems they weren’t adhering to the city’s noise regulations.”
-
Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company’s work. The concrete they provided was extremely poor quality – it was mostly gravel with very little actual concrete. I wouldn't recommend using their services.
-
The management team is consistently reliable and professional – they’re always on time and very responsive.
-
It’s a really great place to work here – feels like a positive environment.
