  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work the team did on our roof – it looks fantastic! We were a bit hesitant at first because they didn’t have a huge number of reviews, but we’re so glad we took a chance. Zach was a real pleasure to work with – he was incredibly personable and professional. Knowing they used the top-tier shingle and invested in high-quality equipment really gave us peace of mind, especially seeing the quality of work compared to our neighbors’.   “The roof looks fantastic, and American Roofing did a great job. However, the process for getting the final payment finalized has been incredibly frustrating. It’s been almost two months since the roof was installed, and my insurance company is still waiting on the pictures and certificate of completion from American Roofing. Because of this delay, they haven’t been able to issue the final check. I’ve even provided American Roofing with the adjuster’s direct email address, but the office staff hasn’t responded to my messages. It’s a simple exchange that should take just 15 minutes, and I'm eager to get this resolved and move forward.” report abuse

  Zach Swinney from American Roofing Company was a lifesaver! He knocked on our door, explained that a lot of houses in the neighborhood had hail damage, and thankfully he inspected ours. We had quite a bit of damage that we would have completely missed without him. Because of Zach, we were able to get a fantastic new roof through a really great company. He was incredibly attentive to all our questions and really took the time to understand our needs. Honestly, from start to finish – Zach and the installation crew – it was just a fantastic experience.
