I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with ADS. They’ve completely failed to meet my needs – they never respond to my alarm going off, my account had the wrong system information, and after three visits in the last two weeks, the issues haven’t been fixed. To make matters worse, the new panel they installed yesterday isn’t working, leaving me with no alarm system at all. It’s unbelievable how unreliable they’ve been, and frankly, I wouldn’t recommend using ADS. Adding insult to injury, a technician was called while he was working on my system, alerted to potential tampering – it’s just a completely unacceptable level of service.

“I had a really frustrating experience with ADS when my system went down. After calling them, I was connected to tech support who guided me through some troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. They suspected a problem with the control panel and insisted I schedule a service appointment – which meant taking time off work. The technician didn't even fix the issue; he determined the panel was faulty and sent it in, then demanded $300 to *replace* it! I ended up having to schedule another visit, and it felt completely unreasonable.”
