“I’m so happy with ADS – it’s fantastic to see them consistently delivering great service. Dondi, the Salesman, and the Installers were all really helpful and explained everything clearly. I especially want to give a shout-out to Alan, who was able to make a configuration change for me remotely after the installation. This is my second time using ADS, and I’m really impressed with the quality of the work and the newer, updated systems they’ve installed on five of my houses now. While the service is a little on the pricier side, it’s worth it for the reliable results.”

However, I was a little frustrated that dispatch hadn’t informed him about the need for the replacements beforehand.”

“Overall, my experience with Vector Security was incredibly frustrating. I received two alarming text alerts while I was out of town – one about a garage door sensor and another about a possible glass break – and didn’t hear back from them at all. After finally returning and scheduling a service appointment for the following Wednesday, I was completely ignored. It ended up taking over 30 minutes to get through to someone, and I was still given a new appointment that I missed. Thankfully, the technician who did eventually come to our house was very professional and fixed the sensors, but the entire process was a huge hassle and left me feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Then, just before Christmas, I got another alert, which just added to the frustration.”

Plus, they were friendly and took the time to explain the differences between the new panel and our old one, which was really helpful.”
