  Michael was absolutely fantastic to work with. He really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our new home. He patiently answered all of our questions, even took the time to thoroughly walk through the entire house pointing out details we hadn't seen, and thankfully, he addressed all of our worries – many of which turned out to be nothing to worry about!   Michael provided a really thorough and reassuring evaluation of my foundation. He went above and beyond, inspecting the entire foundation and even the inside of my home. It turned out the initial quote from AFS was completely unnecessary – they only did a quick assessment and missed a much larger issue. Michael found the house was actually in excellent condition, needing only a simple crack sealant. It was a much more professional and honest approach than I expected. report abuse
