I’m really frustrated with how this situation was handled. I brought up several serious issues – a mailbox that was knocked over, mail scattered in my yard, and a complete lack of water for two days, along with a damaged water heater. I spoke with two different people about it, and then I received a call back accusing me of being rude and saying I didn’t need to contact them about the work being done on my property. It seems completely unreasonable that the people working in my yard are employed by you and you wouldn't address my concerns. Frankly, it felt like there was a lack of empathy and a refusal to take responsibility for the problems.

“There were some serious safety concerns with the drivers – they seemed to disregard other drivers’ right-of-way and would unexpectedly pull out. Also, the loads weren’t properly secured, resulting in a lot of gravel being spread across the road and causing damage to vehicles.”
