  “I was really disappointed with the service we received. The plumber was scheduled to arrive between 9 and 9:30 on the 13th, but he never showed up, and we didn’t receive any communication about a delay or cancellation. We tried calling multiple times, only to get voicemail saying the office was closed until Monday. Looking back, I wish I’d been informed about the office closure sooner – perhaps if I’d known beforehand, I could have arranged for a different solution.” report abuse
