  Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with this company. The equipment they had available was clearly insufficient for the job, and the service I received was just unacceptable. They initially gave me a clear price quote, but after failing to actually fix the problem, they tried to charge me significantly more, blaming a long drive for the technician – it felt like a completely dishonest situation. report abuse

  “Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. The project took far longer than initially promised – a full two months instead of two days. We were constantly getting different explanations and felt completely ignored; phone calls went unanswered and we received very little support. To add to the issue, the office staff were quite unhelpful and, unfortunately, one of them didn't even work in our state.” report abuse
