    I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my VIPER remote start order. It’s incredibly frustrating that the person handling my email inquiries has been so rude and dismissive. I simply requested an invoice detailing the six parts I’d already selected online, plus the labor cost. Instead, I’ve been subjected to unnecessary phone calls and lengthy conversations – it’s 2017, and email is a perfectly acceptable way to handle straightforward requests. It feels incredibly inefficient and unprofessional. Frankly, the level of service I’ve experienced has been lazy and unhelpful, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. report abuse

The technicians are clearly knowledgeable and you can even watch the work being done, which is really reassuring. The owners are amazing too; they’re always willing to answer any questions I have and they stand behind their work with a great guarantee.     Overall, the installation was a mixed bag. I was initially thrilled with the sound system they installed, and I was happy to pay a bit more than I might have on Amazon to support a local business. However, a few weeks later, I ran into a serious problem – my dashboard lights stopped working. It ended up costing me a couple of hundred dollars to have a mechanic fix the damage they’d caused to my car’s electrical system, and they had to completely rewire a large portion of the installation.
