  Overall, Jeff was incredibly pleased with the work – both the chimney rebuilding and the brick repairs around the yard were done to a really high standard. He particularly praised the quality of the workmanship. However, he did feel the scheduling process could have been smoother, as he had to coordinate each job individually. Despite this, he was extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend them and use their services again. report abuse

  I’ve been incredibly happy with American Professional Chimney & Masonry for over fifteen years. They’ve consistently done a fantastic job keeping my wood-burning chimney in top condition. The team is always professional, really knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain everything in detail before they start any work.   I was really pleased with the service I received from American Professional Chimney. They were professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job inspecting my two fireplaces. Brian Sanders and his team were incredibly thorough, and Brian himself was so patient in explaining everything to me – he was a really knowledgeable and polite gentleman.   I was really pleased with American Professional – they handled everything smoothly after I had to get a chimney liner installed because I replaced my gas water heater. Victor in the office was fantastic, super friendly and responsive, and the whole installation crew was incredibly efficient and did a really neat job. I’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  American Professional Chimney did a fantastic job replacing my flue in my condo – it definitely wasn’t a simple task due to some unexpected structural issues with the building, but Manuel and his team handled everything with such professionalism and efficiency. They kept me completely in the loop throughout the whole process, letting me know exactly what was happening and what they needed from me. Stephan, the operations manager, was also great at keeping me updated on the timeline, especially when the project needed to expand beyond the initial plan. I’m so pleased with their work and I’ll absolutely be using them again when I move and need a chimney inspection and any repairs. I highly recommend them! report abuse

  American Professional Chimney really stood out to us – they offered fantastic service at a really reasonable price. Stefan was fantastic to work with; he was incredibly responsive and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the work. We did quite a bit of research looking at chimney companies in the DC area, and we’re so glad we chose American Professional Chimney.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work this company did on our chimney. They were incredibly responsive, answering our calls quickly and arriving on time for the repairs – patching the holes and flashing, and applying the waterproofing treatment. What really stood out was their honest assessment; they clearly explained the challenges of working with an 80+ year-old chimney and didn’t try to oversell a complete rebuild like another company had suggested.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work the team did. Our house was built in 1939, and they really took care of the fireplace and chimney – they completely rebuilt the firebox and paid a lot of attention to detail. They were also fantastic to work with, always very polite and made sure to clean up the work area each day. Beyond the fireplace, they did a great job on the exterior, re-caping the chimney and replacing the top layers, plus the rain cap. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their work, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again. report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Dave and his company highly enough! From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable, really friendly, and above all, incredibly honest. After a minor issue with my wood stove, he personally came out to fix it, patiently explained the problem, and even left me some extra supplies to prevent it from happening again. It was so reassuring to have the owner himself take such a personal interest in my satisfaction. Seriously, I was so impressed that I had to share my experience – it’s the best contract I’ve ever had, and their prices are really reasonable alongside the outstanding quality of their work.
