  David did a fantastic job for me five days ago – he was punctual, really professional, and just a pleasure to have around. He clearly knew what he was doing and was incredibly patient while he replaced my ceiling fan and wall remote. Unfortunately, it turned out the new remote wasn’t compatible with the fan, and David quickly and efficiently figured out the issue, rewiring a separate remote as a backup. He even took the time to explain his process and give me some important advice about choosing the right light bulbs. I’m so impressed with his work and will definitely be using Wilcox Electrical for any future electrical projects. report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this company. Scheduling the initial estimate visit took over a week, and after several confirmations, they canceled it with just two hours' notice, pushing it back another week. While I understand emergencies happen, the way they handled the situation was unacceptable – completely disregarding my time and prioritizing other clients over me.   Nelson and Axel did a fantastic job installing the new 40 amp circuit for our stove. They were really efficient and professional, and the whole job was completed neatly and within budget. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future electrical needs. report abuse

  Wilcox Electric did a fantastic job installing my EV charger. From start to finish, the experience was really smooth. Steve was incredibly helpful – he clearly explained the situation with my circuit breaker and what was required. The whole booking process and communication leading up to the installation were excellent. The team not only installed the charger but also added a sub panel, which was a really thoughtful and proactive step. The installation itself was quick and efficient, completed in just 3.5 hours.   Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Spoiled Brats Electric. They charge a hefty $50 to come to your house just to give you a quote, and then they add on their own fees for processing the card payment. It feels a bit exploitative, and I think the company needs a serious update – it feels like it’s run by people who aren’t really focused on customer service. report abuse
