  Richard did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing my shower problem. He was really quick to figure out what was wrong and recommended a simple solution – replacing the showerhead – which I completely agreed with.   Lawrence was fantastic! We had a really urgent plumbing issue Sunday evening, and he arrived right on time. He fixed the clog quickly and efficiently – a true professional, but he also went the extra mile and made the whole experience really comfortable.   Adam did a fantastic job! He arrived ahead of schedule, which was a huge help, and his work was incredibly thorough.   Spencer was absolutely fantastic! We called him out for a really urgent emergency – a flooded basement due to a leaking water heater – and he completely went above and beyond to get us back on track. He installed a new water heater incredibly quickly, coordinated with the damage mitigation team, and even offered valuable suggestions for improving our home’s safety. Spencer is a truly professional, energetic, and caring individual, and we were incredibly impressed with his dedication and the speed with which he resolved our problem.   Christopher did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with my kitchen faucet – he was really thorough and determined it needed to be replaced. The replacement itself was incredibly efficient, and I appreciated how he walked me through all the different faucet options he had available, explaining the pros and cons of each and the associated costs. He was very clear and helpful. Plus, I was really impressed with how clean he kept everything throughout the whole process, from the beginning to the end.   Michael and Sons were fantastic – a really welcome change after a last-minute cancellation by another company. We needed someone to quickly fix a garbage disposal for a rental property and Khalil, the technician, was incredibly helpful.
