  “High Technology really stood out to me. It wasn’t just about a smooth job; it was their support during a really tough situation. We had a hailstorm, and our insurance company initially refused to cover the damage, despite several of our neighbors getting theirs paid for. High Technology didn’t abandon us. They connected us with a public adjuster and were involved in every step of the process, fighting for us through all the frustrating back-and-forth. Ultimately, the insurance company still wouldn't pay, but High Technology’s dedication was incredible – they even offered discounts to help us out because they felt it was completely unfair. And, of course, the quality of their work is outstanding; our new roof looks fantastic and has really helped put a positive spin on what was a stressful experience. They’re a truly reliable and caring company, and I’d recommend them without hesitation.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the new roof High Technology installed on our gazebo. There were a few bumps in the road during the initial stages – some rain delays, a bit of rushing, and a couple of mistakes – and unfortunately, there was some miscommunication that led to us having to replace some plywood. However, Andres, our project manager, really saved the day. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and kept us fully in the loop throughout the whole process. He quickly got a new crew in place to fix everything properly, and the result is fantastic. They really took their time to do a quality job, and even went above and beyond to address little details like nails sticking through the ceiling. Andres also generously applied a discount to cover the extra costs, which we really appreciated. We're delighted with the finished gazebo! report abuse

  I had to replace the siding on my house, and thankfully found a really reliable company in High Technology Roofing. Andres was fantastic – he came out quickly to get me a fair quote, and he took the time to walk me through exactly what the work would involve. I appreciated that he also patiently waited for approval from my HOA. The team was always punctual and did a fantastic job, though we did run into a couple of minor delays due to the weather, but Andres was consistently there, checking in and making sure everything stayed on track. Ultimately, the new siding looks amazing, and I’m so pleased with the quality of the work. Andres is a truly professional guy who’s clearly committed to doing a great job – I’d definitely recommend High Technology Roofing to anyone needing siding work. report abuse

When it was time for a full roof replacement, the process was incredibly smooth – I got an estimate, scheduled a date, and they finished the job in just one day. I really appreciated them sending photos of the work before, during, and after, and they even had to replace some damaged wood underneath which they handled expertly.
