  Overall, I had a really positive experience. The customer service was fantastic – everyone was so efficient and helpful, and they even went above and beyond to assist me with loading my materials. They cleared a dock space for me which was really appreciated. I paid $242 for a good amount of lumber (48’ of 2x2, 20’ of 1 ½ angle, and 2 4x8 sheets), and I thought the pricing was reasonable. report abuse

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. I drove an hour and a half to a store that advertised being open online and on its door, only to be told upon arrival that it was closed. The staff member explained they were doing inventory, but the conflicting information – the online schedule and posted hours – was incredibly frustrating. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of accurate information, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. It’s really upsetting when customers go out of their way and are greeted with misleading information. report abuse

  Overall, the steel was a good deal in terms of price, and the ordering process was really simple and easy to understand. Just a note to keep in mind is they tend to prefer cash payments for smaller orders. report abuse
