Honestly, my experience at the pool yesterday was really disappointing. It was shockingly dirty – there were leaves floating around, green algae on the sides, and black spots on the bottom. The baby pool was even worse, with low water and a lot of debris. I couldn't believe how unappealing it looked, and I certainly wouldn’t want my child playing there. I asked the lifeguard about it, and he explained that the company doesn’t provide him with the necessary tools to maintain the pools properly. I was incredibly frustrated by this – it’s unacceptable that a lifeguard wouldn't have the resources to keep the pool clean.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I was with Winkler. Their management style is completely unacceptable – I witnessed them yelling at employees, and there were consistent issues with delayed and inaccurate payments. It seemed like the staff were consistently undervalued and treated poorly, and frankly, I wouldn’t recommend hiring them.
-
This project/work has unfortunately declined significantly over time, becoming increasingly poor in quality and seeming deliberately misleading.
-
We’ve decided to discontinue using Winkler for this project.

It seems there wasn’t a clear, specific reason identified for the outcome.
