I was really disappointed with my experience renting a truck. I was told there were no reservations available, and to come to the Home Depot store in the morning. However, it turned out the rental was being handled through a third-party service that wasn’t disclosed when I called the day before. The store staff hadn’t been informed, and I ended up wasting a whole morning scrambling to find an alternative rental. Thank you Enterprise – I’ll definitely be using your services going forward!”
