  “I recently ordered a window through this service and was pretty disappointed with the experience. I provided the measurements – 30 inches high and 6 feet wide – to the installer, and he clearly communicated them. However, when I was called to pick it up, they’d delivered a completely different window. I contacted the business several times over the course of a couple of weeks, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. The first call went unanswered, and the second resulted in me being hung up on – which I then had to call back.
