  “I’m extremely frustrated with Axis. We scheduled an initial appointment back on August 9th, 2018, expecting them to complete the work within 6-8 weeks. It took nearly four months for them to actually install the control points in our yard, and after that, they completely stopped returning. Despite multiple calls, we were repeatedly given promises of a return visit, but nothing ever happened. They moved the stakes around on one occasion, and I was promised a map of my property survey by November 30th, which I never received. We followed up again on December 4th, and again, it was still missing. Honestly, it’s unacceptable that we’re still without a finished survey and permanent stakes after all this time. The lack of communication – they should have kept us informed if they were running behind – is incredibly disappointing. I really regret not choosing another company.” report abuse

Getting anything done here felt incredibly slow – it took weeks to even get a response, and my project, which was initially estimated to take 4-6 weeks, is now four months overdue. Despite repeated assurances of a call back that day, I constantly had to chase them down.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I waited over a week for a quote and never received a response. I followed up twice – on May 31st and June 1st – and each time I was told they would get back to me, but never did. They essentially brushed me off and suggested I find another company.   “I was really disappointed with this company. I signed a contract back in June and was given an estimate of 6-8 weeks for the whole process to be finished. It wasn’t until August that they actually came to take photos, and I still haven’t received my report.
