  I can’t recommend this company. We had a lift rental booked weeks in advance, and when we arrived for our project, it simply wasn’t there. After multiple frustrating calls, we were repeatedly told the lift was “on its way” or that something else had come up, only to be given the cold shoulder. They essentially left us stranded and offered no real solution. It was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering all the communication we’d had. Seriously, you’re better off looking elsewhere. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this experience. It took me three calls just to get a completed quote, and even then, it took two attempts to get a return call to schedule the work. As a result, the project was significantly delayed. While I understood there could be weather-related setbacks, the worker also had issues with his car twice, and there was very little communication between the office and him. I also requested a discount and didn’t receive any consideration.” report abuse
